Job Description
- Supervise and control production processes to ensure operations achieve the established targets.
- Manage and oversee production staff and subordinates to ensure work is performed according to standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Plan, troubleshoot, and continuously improve production processes to maintain smooth and efficient operations.
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce waste in the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with related departments such as Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Warehouse, Engineering, Planning, and other relevant teams.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - At least 4 years of experience in an assembly production line environment.
- Conversational Middle in English for daily internal conversation and report writing.
