Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day production-related operations, including task assignment and management of small team of technicians.
- Liaise with subcontractors as well as review & answer any technical queries.
- Review of Engineering drawings for Machining and Fabrication parts prior to being taken into production. Plan in house tasks and subcontract projects
- Ensure updating and maintenance of production records on software.
- Support QC department when necessary and ensure compliance.
- To develop, evaluate, improve and maintain efficient secondary process workflow.
- Liaising with Planning, Design Engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth workflow.
- Higher NITEC or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in precision machining or Fabrication with knowledge in Mechanical Engineering.
