Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily production activities within a technical repair and manufacturing environment to ensure quality, productivity, and on-time delivery targets are achieved safely and efficiently. Supervise daily production operations involving electronic repair, testing, mechanical assembly, and manufacturing activities. Lead, coach, and deploy production operators to meet production schedules, quality requirements, and operational targets. Monitor work-in-progress (WIP), production output, and manpower allocation to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of customer orders. Ensure all repair and assembly processes are performed in accordance with approved work instructions, engineering specifications, and quality standards.
