Responsibilities
Observes employee’s execution of compounding duties to ensure accuracy and adherence to Production guidelines.Demonstrates techniques for employees to provide training and direction.Identifies problem areas with team such as understaffing, failure to adhere to policies/procedures, absenteeism, wastefulness, and takes corrective action.Verifies all safety rules are always followed.Ensures all employees compound flavors in accordance with established schedule.Monitors use of ingredients.Updates site metrics on a weekly basis, making sure all reported data is accurate.Fills requisitions, work orders, or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items. Distributes items to production workers.
