Production Supervisor

• Manage workshop personnel, production equipment and raw material inventory. Organize shift teams to meet scheduled finished vehicle manufacturing output goals.
• Track workshop operational efficiency, manufacturing process quality, site housekeeping standards and occupational safety protocols. Ensure full adherence to Malaysia local industrial safety laws and standards.
• Identify and address day-to-day manufacturing disruptions promptly. Collaborate with process engineering, maintenance and quality control teams to resolve operational bottlenecks quickly.
• Lead on-site team administration and arrange regular skill training for frontline manufacturing employees. Refine workstation operational processes to lift overall plant throughput and operational efficiency.
