Production Supervisor Senior

BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results‑driven individual to join as a Supervisor Production. The Production Supervisor serves as a leader and facilitator of the team's tasks and activities to ensure compliance with safety, quality, production, environmental, and overall work system objectives, with the ultimate goal of meeting customer requirements.

• Promote and ensure compliance with the company's safety policies, and follow up on the timely closure of findings related to unsafe conditions.
• Participate in accident/incident investigations.
• Promote environmental awareness.
• Correctly execute the Emergency Response Plan according to procedure.
• Conduct LPAs according to the schedule and ensure that team leaders under their supervision carry them out.
• Maintain effective communication with other departments (quality, engineering, maintenance, logistics)...
