Production Supervisor

Job Purpose

Serve as a leader and facilitator for the work team’s tasks and activities in order to achieve safety, quality, production, environmental, and overall operational objectives, while meeting customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and ensure compliance with the company’s safety policies, and provide timely follow‑up on corrective actions for unsafe conditions and compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report environmental or safety risks to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure personnel operate the machines for which they were trained, following standard work procedures.
• Participate in accident / incident investigations.
• Promote environmental awareness and safety standards in accordance with established systems.
• Assume responsibility and accountability regarding the effectiveness of the environmental management system.
