Salary:
Starting (80%) = £45,867 + £7,460-£12,120 shift premium
Fully competent & consistently performing well (90%) = £51,590 + £7,460-£12,120 shift premium
Max, over performance & identified as talent development (100%) = £57,322 +£7,460-£12,120 shift premium
