Production supervisor

Job Purpose

The Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that all production KPIs are met daily in regards to targets set out and required by Client as per Dispatch plan.

The Production Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring quality standards are adhered to and maintained within the production environment.

Minimum Experience 2‑3 years of experience in a Logistics/Manufacturing/Distribution/TES or Facilities Management Environment Min 2 years of supervisory experience Minimum Qualification Grade 12/NQF Level 4 Primary Responsibilities - General Ensure case per cases Ensure packing standards are achieved Ensure efficiency percentages are adhered to and maintained i.e. 100% Ensure housekeeping standards are adhered to and maintained Ensure that Production progress reports are time‑sized every 2 hours Ensure service delivery to Dispatch is maintained and adhered to as well as service delivery from and to all departments i.e. Reach‑Truck to Full Case Pick...
