Production Supervisor

Job Description

To supervise day‑to‑day production activities to achieve the desired product quality and productivity.

• To organize and allocate manpower for production.
• To ensure plant is operated at optimal level with minimal down time.
• To ensure production records are properly filled in and maintained for every batch.
• To ensure QC samples are sent from plant to laboratory at required intervals for testing purpose.
• To check all incoming raw and packaging materials to ensure both the quantities and qualities are in order.
• To keep QC retained samples as per Lab requirement.
• To assist in plant repair and maintenance.
• To maintain good housekeeping of the plant.
• To ensure EHS compliance as per Sika policy.

Qualifications

Preferably Diploma in any discipline; those without any qualification but with relevant experience may also be considered.
