**Job Description**
This role oversees a defined production area within a corrugated manufacturing facility, driving key performance indicators and ensuring the department operates at peak effectiveness. The Production Supervisor actively leads on the floor, coordinates people and resources, and uses data and reports to optimize production. This position combines hands-on involvement with strong leadership, reporting, and process improvement responsibilities on a third-shift schedule.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead and supervise approximately 20 production team members within a designated area of the corrugated manufacturing facility.
+ Drive department key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure the production area operates at peak effectiveness.
