Manage all Production personnel working in the auger and main rooms

Responsibilities include:

• Identify resource needs, as well as ensure that the production schedule is met.
• Ensure all members of the team follow company policies and safety regulations are being enforced to meet safety compliance.
• Audits all tasks associated with Redzone production reporting.
• Audits all quality checks associated with the line in Redzone
• Set the direction relative to manufacturing goals in order to meet production needs and expectations.
