Production Supervisor

Position Overview:

The Production Supervisor position is a leadership role within a Product structured organization of the Fixed Wing and Rotary Wing programs. Production Supervisors are part of a dedicated team of supervisors whose responsibilities include leading core employees and any additional personnel needed for production activities. The supervisor ensures aircraft production activities meet performance objectives while fostering employee wellbeing and development.

• Responsible for day‑to‑day management and performance of employees.
• Lead, manage and execute duties in accordance with company policies, procedures, rules and directives, applying the same expectations to all IMP employees.
• Oversee staged work, utilizing available resources and authorizations to complete tasks as efficiently as possible.
