- Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4)
- Previous supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of production processes, safety procedures, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage staff, productivity, and operational performance
