+ We are seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee production lines in an automotive setting
+ This role involves supervising a team to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety in meeting production goals
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Supervise, lead, coach, and direct team leaders and labor concerning production volume, cost, quality, and adherence to production schedules
+ Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports
+ Plan headcount for absences, holidays, training, and workshops
+ Complete Attendance Register and ADP data entry daily, including approving employee time and updating schedules
+ Conduct standardized work audits and ensure adherence to Standardized Work procedure
+ Collaborate with Team Leaders to schedule operator rotations
