We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Day Shift Production Supervisor to lead our production team during the overnight shift. The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of the anodize production operation, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout the shift. The Supervisor will manage the production team, monitor operations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure that production goals are met while focusing on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Day Shift Production Team: Manage and lead a team of production operators, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Monitor performance to consistently meet production targets, safety standards, and quality requirements.
