Production Supervisor | Brampton, ON | Afternoon Shift (3pm - 12 am)

manufacturing, food production, packaging, or high-volume operations
environment? We’re partnering with a growing organization that is looking for a hands-on
Production Supervisor
to lead shift operations and drive safety, quality, and performance.
What You'll Be Doing: Lead and coach production employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Monitor productivity, labour utilization, quality, and shift performance to achieve operational targets. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, health & safety, and company procedures. Coordinate staffing, workflow, and resources to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, and Warehouse teams to support daily operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote a positive, accountable team culture.
