Production Supervisor - Automotive Quality & Safety

Forvia is seeking a Production Supervisor to drive Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance within automotive production groups. You will set targets, implement plans, and monitor results to foster continuous improvement, while leading your team in problem-solving and workshops.

You will also manage personnel, development, and safety, ensuring adherence to HSE standards and a safe, collaborative work environment. The role requires 1–3 years in automotive/metal sectors and English proficiency.
