**Job Description**
**Hours:** 3rd shift: Tuesday-Saturday, 10p-6am.
**Position Summary** : The Production Supervisor of WBC Dairy Production will be predominately 1st shift and will cover other shifts as needed when other supervisors are off. This person is responsible for ensuring production is running smoothly within the WBC Dairy Warehouse. Directs and leads the activities of dairy union associates. Improves both customer and associate satisfaction and ensures all regulation and safety standards are met.
**Principal Duties:**
+ Work with the Dairy & Beverage Plant Manager to develop and enforce associate performance standards. Improve associate satisfaction within the guidelines of the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Assess staff requirements and evaluate the qualifications of dairy union associates.
