Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Reporting to the Business Unit Leader, you will lead plant operations and process improvement efforts by guiding teams to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets. You will identify and resolve production constraints, ensure resources are aligned to daily plans, and foster an engaged, team oriented workforce that drives continuous improvement and business results.

+ Lead team members to execute daily production plans that meet quality, productivity, and cost standards
