Production Supervisor- 2nd shift

One of our best customers has asked for my help to hire a skilled 2nd shift Production Supervisor in Madelia, MN.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**

+ Supervising and coordinating daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production schedules
+ Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
+ Collaborating with the quality control team to maintain and improve product standards
+ Developing, implementing, and adjusting production schedules as needed to meet organizational goals
