Our client a leader in the Flexible Packaging industry is looking for an expereinced Production Shift Manager Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Qualified Trade Tested Diploma in Production or Operations Management Minimum of 3 and more years experience as a Flexo/Gravure Operator in a Production Environment Minimum of 2 years experience as a Supervisor in a Production Environment Experience in Facilitating Africomms Experience in leading continuous improvement projects Good communication skills Planning work, Demonstrate Authority Good understanding of Training and Development Duties and Responsibilities Develop a highly skilled and high performance team that consistently achieves and exceeds performance standards , targets and KPI's Manage the activities and performance of the supervisors, operators and operator assistants and support employees on your shift Satisfy and conform to customer demands ( quality, quantuty , on time) and requirements and maximise utilisation of resources on ...
