Production Shift Leader

**Job Description**

We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our Lansing Delta Township team as a Production Shift Leader in Body, Paint, or General Assembly.

We are building three award-winning SUVs with very high customer demand and it is an exciting time in our facility. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of salary and hourly talent. Train salary group leaders in the implementation and execution of the established business process for department in the production operation and foster an atmosphere of teamwork, cooperation, and inclusion. You will be responsible for engaging your team during their shifts to maintain the highest levels of safety, productivity, quality, and throughput. To achieve this, shift leaders are expected to provide their teams with the tools needed for success while driving improvements in productivity and efficiency through data-driven decisions and analytical problem-solving.
