Develop and manage Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.Ensure minimum stock availability for production operations.Monitor production budget utilization and operational efficiency.Supervise equipment inspection, maintenance, and calibration.Prepare production and operational reports.Propose product development and process improvement initiatives.Manage manpower allocation within production operations.Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement programs.Analyze operational issues and implement corrective actions.Requirements :
