ROLE Production Print Specialist
LOCATION Cornwall and surrounds  
 
We're looking for an experienced Production Print Field Service Engineer to deliver high‑quality technical support across a range of Production Print products. This role focuses on providing exceptional service, minimising downtime, and ensuring customers receive a smooth, professional experience. You will also play a key part in supporting and coaching a team of PPD Field Service Engineers.
We are open to candidates from a Print Production background who are interested in career advancement.

What You Will Be Doing

Deliver installation, maintenance, and repair services to customers, ensuring all work meets agreed SLAs.
Provide first‑line technical advice and support across Production Print products.
Follow level‑two escalation processes to ensure faults are resolved quickly and customer satisfaction is maintained.
