Production Planning

 

Wipro Givon USA has an exciting new opportunity for a Production Planner to join our team. The Production Planner/Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating production schedules that maximize manufacturing capacity, optimize resource utilization, and ensure on-time customer delivery. This position plans and releases work orders, establishes production priorities based on customer demand, material availability, labor and machine capacity, and monitors schedule adherence to ensure production plans remain achievable.



Working closely with Operations, Engineering, Materials, Quality, and Program Management, the Production Planner/Scheduler proactively identifies and resolves material shortages, scheduling conflicts, and capacity constraints, adjusting production schedules as needed to support changing business priorities while minimizing production interruptions and ensuring customer commitments are met.<...
