Production Planner, Espoo Cultural Centre (Anonymous Recruitment)

Overview

Espoo Cultural Centre is a cultural house located in Tapiola, hosting Tapiola Sinfonietta, Espoo Theatre, Espoo Music Institute, and Tapiola Library. The centre organises approximately 600 public events annually, attracting about 150,000 visitors on average. We are seeking a full-time Production Planner to plan, coordinate, execute, and develop the centre's program, as well as market and communicate events in collaboration with the production team. You will work closely with the cultural centre's staff, booking agencies, and various event organizers, managing customer relationships and partner networks. The role involves participating in developing the joint event offerings of Espoo's cultural houses. The work is primarily on-site and includes evening, weekend, and holiday work.
