As a Production Planner at Molex in Guadalajara, you will be responsible for driving the execution of production plans to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity, inventory, and operational performance. You will play a key role in analyzing demand versus capacity, making decisions during supply constraints, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure business continuity and customer satisfaction.
Our Team
You will be part of the Planning team within Global Shared Plants (GSP), working closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Customer Service, and Global Planning teams to ensure efficient material flow and on‑time delivery.
