Cummins a global leader in power solutions. We are looking for a talented Phase Leader to join our growing Master Rebuild Centre team in Brisbane, QLD. You will work closely with the technicians and trade assistants, coaching and developing their skills.
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ Ensure adherence to all relevant Health Safety & Environmental policies, and Complete required documentation
+ Responsible for leading and mentoring a team of technicians and trade assistants
+ Ensure your team achieves its KPI’s to deliver results
+ Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth process from beginning to end
**To be successful in this role you will need the following:**
+ Relevant Mechanical Qualification is required
+ Experience as a qualified technician, working with engine products
+ Experience in team supervisory capacity is preferred but not essential
