ZyTech is looking for a dedicated Production Order Coordinator to prepare sales quotes and support our Account Managers. This role focuses on customer interaction, order scheduling, and maintaining an organized filing system. You will work closely with production teams to ensure timely updates and adherence to customer demands, especially in engineered wood products.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process sales quotes and orders
• Schedule all orders effectively with Production Scheduler
• Provide customer support via telephone and in-person
• Update production schedules based on demand
• Maintain accurate file and record systems, both digital and paper
