**Manufacturing Technician (2nd Shift)**
**Pay Rate:** $19.80/hr ($18.00/hr + 10% shift differential)
**Work Schedule:** 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
**_Initial training will take place on 1st shift for 8-12 weeks_**
**Position Overview**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for operating equipment and monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure consistent production of high-quality goods. You will keep accurate inventory records, perform in-process testing, and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal production levels.
