Production Operator – Brewery Operations Department

Job Summary

Cowbell Brewing Co. is seeking a Production Operator to join our brewery operations team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, learning technical processes, and working as part of a manufacturing team. Previous brewing experience is an asset but is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. As a Production Operator, you will help produce beer and other beverages by operating equipment, monitoring production processes, cleaning and sanitizing tanks and equipment, moving product through various stages of production, and supporting packaging operations. Successful candidates are reliable, mechanically inclined, safety‑focused, and take pride in producing a high‑quality product.
