Production Officer

About the Role

Production Officer sits within the Solid VS team at Jamshoro production, supervising the production process of assigned production zone (Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging Work) centers with a specific span of control, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient production output as per the production schedule in shift operations.

Role Responsibilities

• Daily confirmation of operational set‑up on assigned line(s)/zone for man, machine, material and methods for smooth start‑up and continued operation in shift with compliance to all applicable SOPs and defined GMP/EHS standard.
• Effective supervision of operations in assigned zone/lines/work centers, delivering continuous and consistent product quality, linked with a scripted diary of work (leader standard work) and present minimum 70% in area for people leadership, performance management, problem solving and process conformance.
