Production Manager

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations for a leading personal care & hygiene products manufacturer.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of production experience in Paper, Packaging, Perfume, Tissue, Nonwoven, or Related Manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization & quality systems
• Experience managing production teams, KPIs, productivity & wastage control
• Hands‑on exposure to Lean Manufacturing, GMP, 5S & Continuous Improvement
• ERP knowledge and strong coordination with QA, Maintenance & Supply Chain

Preferred:

• GCC manufacturing experience
• Immediate or short notice candidates
