Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Engineer/Supervisor to join the small workshop team.
Our client is seeking someone who can take ownership of the workshop floor, keep production moving efficiently, support the team and help maintain the high standards our customers expect. The role would suit somebody with a strong engineering background who enjoys problem solving, organising production and being involved in projects from start to finish.
The role:
-Take Ownership of the day to day running of the workshop and production activities.
-Manage the repair and manufacture of engineering components and hydraulic cylinders
-Planning workloads and production schedules to meet customer deadlines
-Supporting and supervising workshop staff
-Ensuring quality, Safety and housekeeping are maintained
-Liaising with customers and suppliers regarding ongoing work and project progress
