Role Purpose
Provide leadership and expertise to establish processes and procedures that promote an efficient operation in the production areas, support the selection of equipment, and improve processes and equipment to increase efficiency and reduce cost.
Key Responsibilities
Prioritize and manage multiple complex tasks, completing them on time.
Assist in hiring the production personnel necessary to produce product 24 hours a day within established production costs.
