Production Manager (Paints / Coatings Manufacturing only)

Minimum requirements for the role: Previous experience having worked a Production Manager in the Paints and Coatings industry is essential for the role. A tertiary qualification in a production, technical or chemically related discipline is required for this role. Previous experience managing a team of Production Staff is essential. Must be able to implement and drive processes and procedures. Must have extensive understanding of On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) manufacturing. Previous experience handling a unionised workforce is an added advantage.
