Key Responsibilities:

+ Ensure a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
+ Manage production load and scheduling to meet deadlines while maintaining quality and efficiency.

+ Oversee labor across 1st and 2nd shifts, as well as material and equipment usage to meet production goals cost-effectively.
