Are you an experienced Production Manager with a strong background in meat processing or chilled food manufacturing?
We’re looking for a results-driven leader to oversee our deboning operations, ensuring maximum yield, top-quality output, and compliance with food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the deboning team to achieve daily production and quality targets.
Plan and coordinate production schedules, staffing, and workflow efficiency.
Monitor product quality, yield, and waste implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
Oversee maintenance, hygiene, and compliance with HACCP and GMP standards.
Track KPIs and report on production performance.
Manage departmental costs, rosters, and resource planning.
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and excellence across the team.
