Production Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensure production schedule adherence, HPU improvement, cycle time improvement, inventory management, and employee development.
• Determine resources (capacity) needed to meet production plan.
• Dedicate and closely follow up on production issues with closure.
• Manage dispatching of work orders according to the build plan with planner.
• Drive workmanship and quality improvements.
• Manage and control direct material usage.
• Be well versed in using Oracle and shopfloor system to coordinate production lot flow.
• Ensure aging work orders are well controlled.
• Ensure shipment pack plan is always ahead of schedule within cycle time.
• Keep inventories at desired level.
• Manage employee attrition and retention.
• Coordinate key employee activities to enhance teamwork and working environment.
