Production Manager - Doors, Windows & Curtain Walling Manufacturing
Location: Ellesmere Port
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Hours: 8am-4.30pm Monday-Thursday and 8am-4pm Friday
Our client is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead their manufacturing facility in Ellesmere Port.
This is a standalone manufacturing operation, focused on production only, with no installation teams to manage. The successful candidate will oversee a team of approximately 10-12 production operatives, ensuring efficient manufacturing, effective planning, and on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant.
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 10-12 production staff.
Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines.
Organise and manage delivery planning and logistics.
Ensure production targets, quality standards, and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved....
