Production Manager - CNC Opeartion

The ideal candidate will own the entire production process. They will strategize with other internal teams to ensure operational excellence. The will also run quality assessment to ensure customer satisfaction. 

JD for Production Manager

Ø Supervise day-to-day production activities in CNC and VMC machining sections.

Ø Ensure production targets are achieved as per production planning schedules.

Ø Monitor machine loading, cycle time, setup time, and overall equipment efficiency (OEE)

Ø Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and tooling.

Ø Ensure components are produced as per drawing specifications and quality standards.

Ø Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspection and corrective actions.

Ø Supervise day-to-day production activities in CNC and VMC machining sections.

Ø Monitor rejection, rework, and scrap levels and implement reduction measures.
