Production Manager (Banting / NBR Latex plant)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment.
• Optimize production processes by improving process flow, automation, and operating parameters to enhance efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
• Monitor and control production operations to meet quality, productivity, and output targets for polymer manufacturing.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and enforce safety and health practices across the plant.
• Ensure materials (incoming, in-process, outgoing) meet quality standards and ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and training to team members on processes, machine parameters, and production practices.
• Plan and manage manpower to ensure smooth production operations.
