This role represents a great opportunity to run manufacturing for an Australian owned and managed business that is well established yet high energy and full of potential.  Working in a state-of-the art plant here in Rockhampton you will lead a small team, work closely with R&D, sales and company leadership to deliver Australian made products that enable productive farms across Australia.

Your primary responsibility is to ensure that production targets and quality requirements are met. You will enable a safe and effective work environment and ensure that the manufacturing plant runs at optimum efficiency through regular inspection and proactive maintenance.
