Production & Maintenance Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Lead Production Operations in a Fast-Paced Manufacturing Environment

• Basic Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,200 + S$700 Shift Support Allowance
• Overtime Pay
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Company-sponsored Food Safety Level 1 certification (if required)
• 5-day work week (Monday - Friday)
• Day Shift: 7:45 AM - 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 7:45 PM - 8:00 AM (Rotation every 2 weeks)
• If required to work on weekends, an off-in-lieu will be provided.

• Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Support preventive and corrective maintenance for production and utility equipment to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues, and coordinate repairs with external vendors when required.
