Production Line Manager

Minimum Requirements Qualified Tool Maker (essential) Mechanical Engineering qualification (advantageous) Minimum 5 years' production management experience At least 3 years' people management experience Good understanding of Health & Safety legislation Fluent in English Key Responsibilities Lead daily production activities to achieve production, quality, safety, and cost targets. Monitor production output, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency. Ensure production plans, staffing, shift coverage, and workflow are effectively managed. Control production costs, scrap, consumables, and overall departmental performance. Ensure compliance with quality standards, legal requirements, first-off approvals, heat treatment processes, and product traceability.
