Production Line Leader & Shift Trainer

Menicon Malaysia in Kulim seeks a Line Leader/Technician to oversee the entire production process from drying to packaging. This role involves ensuring daily production output and quality targets are met, training operators, and managing shift handovers.

The ideal candidate should possess a diploma or higher qualification, with at least two years of related experience, and must have strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Both English and Bahasa Malaysia proficiency required.
