Production Leader, Food Manufacturing

Solidea Oy in Finland is seeking a Production Manager to lead a 15–25 person unit in Northern Finland, overseeing daily production and ensuring quality.

You will supervise staff, handle recruitment and onboarding, plan shifts, coordinate raw material deliveries with procurement, and drive continuous improvements using modern methods while collaborating with planning, logistics, sales and product development teams.
