Job Description

1. Control changeover (change model) efficiency to achieve required quality and minimize changeover time.
2. Identify and implement ideas to improve changeover efficiency (reduce changeover time; simplify changeover methods).
3. Monitor production efficiency and ensure departmental KPIs are met.
4. Plan and organize manpower to fully support the production plan.
5. Maintain 5S standards to meet company requirements.

Requirement

- Minimum 5 years' experience supervising production lines, including people management, machine operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
