Production Improvement Specialist (Ecatepec de Morelos)

Position Description Summary

Ensure the proper implementation of Improvement Projects for the Production staff. Evaluate, identify, and implement measures to guarantee a state‑of‑the‑art production process execution. Design, measure, and propose specific KPIs to ensure measurable continuous improvement. Monitor equipment and process efficiency & effectiveness to increase reliability of the Production Unit. Accountable for the management process for the training of the production staff according to a competence and training needs detection program Fit in Production (FIP) for production technicians. Responsible to provide guidance to the improvement engineer to achieve a successful implementation and good practices of the training program. Responsible for the CoRe 34 & 55 requirements within the Production Unit.
